Here's the first teardrop cut. You'll notice in the later pictures that the final hole is a lot bigger. The lines on the side are approximate bulkhead and duct locations.

This one shows the bags of lead shot and the pulleys for raising the back end. The front end is just sitting on a low table and some foam blocks. It will slide around quite a bit when it's raised and lowered.
